Alot of negative reviews for carhire - these were very different from our experience at least. Pickup was quick and easy (yes, it is actually Europcar but all the better in our opinion to have the backing and support of a larger company). Pickup was quick and drop off was even easier, shuttles are provided back to airport, we were headed back into the city so they even called a taxi for us. Overall can| t complain
