Great car, being a hybrid was an advantage. The lovely lady at checkin was fabulous, very efficient and super helpful.
Hire car was as expected. UK cars have different specs to NZ vehicles. Suggest you check at pickup, where bonnet switch is, windscreen water top up is, how to open petrol flap etc. Basic rentals lack safety specs eg - reversing camera, beepers for vehicles nearing your traveling vehicle on the side. Get accurate location of nearest fuel station to the car return location ,will save time and stress.
Easy to locate with shuttle to rental location in Dublin. Quick service and car was ready to go. Drop off in Cork was very easy but see negative comments
Car was of great quality and condition. Booking is very flexible and fuss-free. Staff helped explained all that was required. Returning the car was also a breeze.
I would like to suggest to make a quick respond for any call from the customer. It happened to us when our car need a help (flat tire). We made a few call but a bit slow action (from 9 am until almost 1 pm) we have to wait with curious since we are running out of time to airport for our flight home at 4.30pm.
