We used Economy Bookings to rent a car from Dublin Ireland airport, and we booked with Budget. Everything was clear in what we were paying for - rental fee, damage waiver/insurance, excess liability which we purchased through economy bookings. I emailed Economy Bookings to get information regarding insurance and they emailed me back with the information I needed. I also emailed Budget to get information on car seat rental, cross boarder fees (for going into Northern Ireland), and toll payment procedures. They emailed us back and were extremely helpful. It was easy to pick up our car upon arrival and the drop off was very smooth as someone was there in the parking lot ready to get our keys and check over the car. Our car had clutch/gear box issues (which was clearly on the fault of them) and Budget brought us a replacement car for no extra charge. The new car was the exact same model/size and worked perfectly.

The staff were fantastic. Had an initial hiccup with systems in trying to get our paperwork sorted but as it was their problem, not ours, they upgraded us and threw in a free tank of fuel. Drop off was so easy and hassle free.
