The staff at the reception handles our rental very well. However, we are not given a car as one of car met with an accident. We will delayed for about 2 hrs. As compensation, the staff handling our case gives us the fuel free. This would means we do not need to return full tank for both car. Very good customer service

Economy Bookings had the best rates but I was hesitant to use them because they don| t have very good reviews. However, it turns out that most car rental companies don| t. While I was trying to decide what to do, someone from their company called me to see if they could help me. Speaking to them helped me decide to give them a chance. I have never had a car rental call me to see if they could help me, so that was a nice surprise. I received the rental voucher in the time they told me I would receive it with all of the information needed. We had no issues at the rental counter at the airport, in fact it was the easiest car rental experience we have ever had. It was the Alamo company at the Dublin, Ireland airport. I would use Economy Bookings again.
