I was a little hesitant, but the rental turned out perfect. Car at terminal, fast processing both in and out. Will do Kaizen again. The car was spotless and well maintained.

We were greeted by a very helpful and communicative employee at the airport. There was a small delay due to a road incident and Quanta were very communicative and kept us updated on progress. When we needed to return the car a day early they were very accommodative and made the arrangements. Overall a very positive experience.

Staff are good polite and friendly, location being at the airport and easy to find is so convenient, and the cars are just outside the terminal. The car was the size I wanted and in good condition with minor marks. Had no trouble with payments the deposit is a holding one and was cleared quick upon return of the car after inspection.
