Fullsize Car Rental in Poland

My vehicle was brand new out of the box, it was unfortunately not programmed for GPS yet, however a TomTom portable GPS did the job just fine. Great experience all round.

I received a new car with 0 km fueled and clean, yes I was missing the phone answer before pick up because our flight was delayed and I wanted to inform that I was delayed by an hour but unfortunately the phone number provided in the order was unanswered - it would have been desirable to have a phone / WhatsApp available that would be answered 24/7

Matylda dropped off and picked up the car for my family. She was lovely and very helpful and professional. The car was excellent and also an automatic which was great. We would certainly recommend and use Express car Rental again. Also a great online price beating all of the competitors.

I booked a wagon as we where a goupe of 4 adults and 1 infant all with suitcases and was first offered a Audi A6 Sedan, which I refused due to lack of pace. I quickly was upgraded to a Skoda SUV.
