You tried to palm me off with a downgrade of vehicle that would not fit the four travelers and baggage. Only after refusing did I get a decent sized vehicle equivalent to what i had booked and paid for.
In the middle of the rental time, I decided to get a larger vehicle. The employees were very helpful at accomodating my request.
The car was great and everything ran like clockwork. Only complaint would be the bus connection at Geneva airport. They need to improve that.
Great car and gas mileage, perfect for European roads and tight parking spaces. Onboard GPS and large display allowed for easy navigation. Easy pick-up in Geneva and drop off in Munich, awesome feature for just a little extra fee.
The car was a Hyundai N Line which was a lovely vehicle. Pick up was very quick, drop off even quicker as we were late for our flight. Overall very good
Finding exact bus stop was ok once it was pointed out ,possibly got car quicker than if I had used airport car hires . Would defo use again, big saving on airport .
