Our original car we received, unfortunately, had no air-conditioning. It was a very basic standard car, but due to the hot weather, we had to go back to the airport two days later to exchange the car due to the faulty air conditioning unit. The service at that point was extremely good as they upgraded our car with proper climate control. If this was not done… We would’ve been extremely disappointed. But the service and the upgrade made a whole lot of difference to our experience. Thank you again.

I booked my flights in Jan. I booked the car a few weeks after. About a month and a half before the trip the airline changed out arrival time. I called your office to update the arrival and was told that I needed to make that change with Alamo. I called them and was told that there would be no problem because Alamo would hold the car for 12 hours. When I arrived four hours after the first arrival time I was told they only hold cars for three hours. In order to get a car I had to get an upgrade that cost me an additional 500 francs. I did not save any money using your booking service. I doubt I will ever book through your service and I certainly not recommend you to my friends or the several hundred employees in my company
