The amazing wonderful ladies , at pickup a d return have done an outstanding highly skilled and super professional customer orientated job! Their dedication to details and to my wishes and needs - knowing that I had to conduct a customer event ti multiple locations with this vehicle- ere just perfect. The follow up on any questions during the trip - resolving any concerns - advising and giving suggestions was beyond my expectations - and I am very challenging to begin with. The service from Mr. Stefan as he picked me up was very welcome !! I do look forward to conduct all my upcoming rentals with this team at Zurich - and I got offered to even have an E-class next time.
