Excellent service. I am putting in this review as I had seen some negative reviews online and that definitely was not the experience I had. I travelled from Ireland and I was in a queue at the desk for about 10-15 minutes. Got all the paperwork done very efficiently and the car was waiting for me. The drop off was so efficient and hassle free. I highly recommend booking a car in logan Airport with Dollar through economy bookings.

It would be even better if Avis and its other subsidiary rental companies had more people at the desk because there’s always a pretty long waiting line. Otherwise everything is done well.

received billing from Economy Booking and Thirty Car Rental, whom I obtained the rental vehicle from, which is currently being investigated as to actual cost my company has to pay for a one day Car Rental.
