The overall experience was good with no issues or problems. The only surprise was a foreign transaction fee as I paid by credit card. I wasn’t notified that there would be a transaction fee

Car was a good size for three people. We had four pieces of luggage and two backpacks. We had to put the seat down on one side, but it was fine. The car was clean inside and out, and the car was great on fuel.

Everything from beginning to end as possible. My experience with economy, bookings, my experience when I got to the counter in Boston, Agent was very helpful gave me a really cool car and there were no lines and then one floor up and dozen steps, and I was graded by two young gentlemen, with smiles on their face who pointed me in the direction. I gave my paperwork to another gentleman, and he told me where to pick up my car. When I returned it to get very simple if you listen or read the directions, the rental car company has, roughly. Half of the first level shared with hertz. All at all SIXT Rental is a wonderful alternative to all the other rather Monday services. They specialize in German cars, meaning pretty snazzy, BMWs and Mercedes of all flavors, and they have others as well that aren’t in that range.

Everything was perfect but I have to give the car condition a poor rating. It was a brand new car with all the bells and whistles but I got an error message saying car is overheating, turn the car off now. But on a huge high note, their customer service kicked in. They towed a new car to me a hour away and towed the problematic one back, no questions asked. This was on a Sunday morning
