It was easy to find. There were signs to all the car rental desks. Drop off was also clear, with helpful staff on hand, including negating an unordered | satellite radio| charge.
After reading so many negative revues online, I was concerned. No problem. I had my choice of 6-7 compact cars. The only reason it took so long to get the car is that two counter agents hadn| t shown up for work. The one agent was efficient, cheerful and apologetic. I rarely recommend things like this to friends and colleagues but it a great bargain.
The people at the desk were nice and apologetic about the very long wait for a car. We were given a free upgrade.
