I travelled on a Wednesday arriving by noon. There was no one on line. I got served in no time. Locating car was easy. Everything after that was smooth.
Totally easy and chill. The car was very nice too. I texted from a larger company the previous month and the value was much better with ACE.
This was the first time I had used Economy Bookings and everything worked very well. The company staff were very nice. MSP is a confusing airport to navigate but the company did send us accurate, complete instructions. It| s just a little difficult to figure out where you are if you have never used MSP before. I think we actually had to call their front desk but they answered right away.
3rd time using ACE, easy to get to and from. This trip i even forgot my sunglasses in the car after i returned it. They shuttled them back to the airport so i could make my flight and still get them back!

This was by far the lowest cost option, due to being located just outside the airport. There is a shuttle that goes from the airport to the lot. There was a bit of a wait for the shuttle to go to the lot upon arrival, so if I was in a rush, I would have wanted to go with a rental company located on site, but since I was not in a hurry I would say this was good value for cost. Everyone was very polite, and the car was clean and had no issues.
