From the rental shuttle at LaGuardia Airport to the service I received at the front desk of Thrifty Car Rental it was so pleasant the representative was super friendly and the car that I got was attractive and really fuel efficient. The rental value was very reasonable the return of the car ran very smoothly and the shuttle was ready to take me back to the airport. I would definitely rent again from Thrifty Car Rental.

The young lady was alone trying to help customers as best she could. She was very apologetic that it took a bit longer than intended. The National car rental personnel helped her. I was very happy to wait for my car. She did very well under pressure. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. I will use Alamo again!

Great service. Minimal wait when picking up and absolutely no wait when dropping off. Shuttle was already waiting.

It would have been nice to have been shown where car was and somewhat difficult to identify as many had no front number plate necessitating going up to vehicles and checking rear. Vehicles backed to wall. I am usually very fond of Hondas but this particular car was very noisy (rear end) and droned making all trips most tiring and annoying. We gave up trying to listen to radio. We would have loved to change cars but no time.

It would’ve been nice to have some signage at LaGuardia Airport directing customers to a rental car area. Their signage is very vague. I had to ask several people before I found the right spot.

Everything went smooth. Price was as quoted. Pick up and drop off was by air bus to terminal. I would definitely use Economy Booking again. Price was better than any other I on line.

The pickup was totally smooth, no different than renting right through the company. But I saved about $200 over the posted rate (for a rental of 10 days). The car I got was about the same as I thought I would get, maybe slightly bigger.

Surprised. Walked into Avis and treated just like every other customer. Went to the counter, checked reservation. Sent me out to the car.

THe car has a big dent in front but fortunately the rental company is aware of that before we rent.
