Very quick services: rental car pickup/dropoff, the rental agreement process etc. And I liked the fact that the rental company was not pushing their services/offers, but rather just informing of the options.
I loved the young lady assisting me at the counter. She had a wonderful smile and personality and explained every available option.

Disliked- Price quoted was not the price paid by over $300 the quote did not include locals taxes and service fees
was able to add extra day and time with no hassles they helped me get my luggage into van and out of van they aided me getting into the van too
The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Staff was helpful and the pickup and drop-off process were both quick and smooth. The location was easy to find and overall the service experience was efficient.
