      Dollar Rental at the Syracuse airport is very easy to locate in the airport and the car was in the parking garage at a very short distance from the rental counter. Outside of the vehicle was not clean but I give them a pass as it is the heart of winter in Upstate NY. I would definitely use Economy booking again.

      I was hesitant at first because you don’t get to choose the rental company and are assigned one after payment. However, I was assigned Hertz and was very pleased with the experience. The price was actually lower than booking directly through Hertz, which was an added bonus. I received a similar vehicle to the one I originally booked, and it worked out perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
