Very quick services: rental car pickup/dropoff, the rental agreement process etc. And I liked the fact that the rental company was not pushing their services/offers, but rather just informing of the options.

I was hesitant at first because you don’t get to choose the rental company and are assigned one after payment. However, I was assigned Hertz and was very pleased with the experience. The price was actually lower than booking directly through Hertz, which was an added bonus. I received a similar vehicle to the one I originally booked, and it worked out perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
