Since I didn| t fly into Buffalo but needed a rental car it was a bit hard to find where to go to pick up the rental. I didn| t realize it was actually at the airport and not on genesee st in front of the airport! But we figured it out!

Our agent at Dollar rental at the Buffalo Airport was the same agent I had last summer.. both times he was fantastic! He had alot of customers ad was alone and still handled every transaction in a timely manner and was very patient. He deserves to be recognized! I don| t recall his name but he was helping out with Hertz rental as well on Wednesday Sept 25th around 5pm.
The value of the car rental was great and the car rental company was a reputable company with great customer service.

Great way to rent a car. Was definitely cheaper than any other option and I had no issues with the rental of the car. Really smooth process from pickup to dropoff.
Coming to the big city of NY can be a bit jarring for someone from a small state so I was wary that I had made the right choice with a company I have never heard of. The low cost seemed like it might be a scam. But I followed the instructions and was able to get from the airport to the rental company with no problems and my rental vehicle was ready as promised. Returning was a breeze and I was shuttled back to the airport quickly for my flight. Overall it was a great experience by a professional staff who obviously know what they| re doing and do it well.
Very easy to use the Economy Booking website. Great price paid up front with small balance for taxes due at time of rental pick-up. Recommnd using the site for great rental car rates.
