Since I didn| t fly into Buffalo but needed a rental car it was a bit hard to find where to go to pick up the rental. I didn| t realize it was actually at the airport and not on genesee st in front of the airport! But we figured it out!
Our agent at Dollar rental at the Buffalo Airport was the same agent I had last summer.. both times he was fantastic! He had alot of customers ad was alone and still handled every transaction in a timely manner and was very patient. He deserves to be recognized! I don| t recall his name but he was helping out with Hertz rental as well on Wednesday Sept 25th around 5pm.

Very easy to use the Economy Booking website. Great price paid up front with small balance for taxes due at time of rental pick-up. Recommnd using the site for great rental car rates.
