Once at the office, I didn| t have to wait and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall, a really great experience.
I’ve rented a car a couple times in my life and it was a problem every time except this time. Alamo was a great service. I literally walked out of the airport onto a shuttle to the car. When I arrived with the car they were there waiting for me. Ed was waiting for me in Florida. He was extremely kind. I was very satisfied with the overall service !!!
