I love renting cars from Economy Bookings...I haven| t experienced any bad rentals yet. It| s a good company. However Thrifty and Dollar car rentals are falling off just a tad bit. It should never take 2 hours to get your vehicle especially if you are a pre-pay...they vehicle should be ready for your arrival but that comes from short staffing and overbooking rental cars.
I have been using Economy Bookings now for a year or so and have dealt with many rental car companies, some of which I never heard of. They were all top-notch, quality operations offering low-cost car rental options..
I was charged for toll package after I defclined it. I still paid for regular toll crossing bridges.
Not enough associates working to keep up with the volume of customers. It took over 1 hour standing in line before being helped

Great employees, very helpful and courteous. Excellent free upgrade. New clean car.
We loved the upgrade. However, the upgrade was missing side running boards. My wife and I both are under 6| tall. But nevertheless, the vehicle was great.
My experience was excellent. Customer service was a 10.from the pick up at the airport to them drop off.I would like thank agent Agent Ayinde for the excellent service I got. Also a shout out to Jordan the agent on returning the car.I would also like to thank the greeter at the door.
