Optimo Rent is definitely my best car rental experience Very competent and friendly staff They gave me extra information on driving in Albania (roads, access to other neighboring countries etc) The office and its surroundings were very clean. The car rental location is right in front of the airport, short walk to get there but easily findable. Staff was nice and it took little time to check in ans get the car. We also received an upgrade at no fee. Car was new, super clean and without any damages. Check out and drop off process was super easy and they were able to accommodate an early morning drop off without any issues. Staff was responsive, nice and helpful!

I had no issues at all. I was happy to accept a down size of vehicle seeing how busy the town was for ease of parking and the cost of fuel in Albania being higher than I realised.
