The car rep was waiting inside the terminal with our name in a card. We walked 6 mins to their office. Paperwork was smooth and well explained. The staff were polite and friendly and gave us advice on routes and the way the roads and garages work. The return was seamless and they even dropped us back to the terminal as I had hurt my leg and couldn| t walk. Thank you for making the holiday so doable.

Elvis was very professional and did an excellent job. He gave suggestions and tips for local things to try. He also dropped me off at the terminal to save a warm walk. Initially I was quite nervous to book with the company but I would again as the experience was excellent. I was also quite anxious about traveling solo as a female but the company (and indeed all Albanians) were the most hospitable. Book with this company!

Small rental company doing great job. The car was not brand new and had pretty basic setup, but was in very good condition and had everything it needed. We drove through Albania to Greece and back without any issue. Service was exceptional. Young guys were welcoming and explained all the details I needed from tanking to border crossing. Btw, IMHO they have very good border crossing policy comparing to some other rentals.
