I love that the staff members at the counter and who spoke to me over the phone were all very friendly and understanding when my flight was delayed and asked for a later drop off time. I had no issues with the car as it was the model and make I booked for my rental.

Great service on the pickup day, the staff provided details explanation on parking apps in Penang Island. On dropoff day, return of the car, we parked the car at the multistorey carpark. And drop the car keys in the dropbox at the rental counter. Car is relatively clean.

Nice car that was quite economical to drive. Around Penang, it was very adequate, on the Freeway a little less so. That is not on the car, though, it got us where we needed to go.

after an initial hick up on my first Car rental, the second and third smooth. Strongly suggest informing Rental of any delays or such (Flights) and contact rental once you have cleared immigration as they are located outside the airport and requires some 10 or so minutes to get the car at the arrival.
