I love that the staff members at the counter and who spoke to me over the phone were all very friendly and understanding when my flight was delayed and asked for a later drop off time. I had no issues with the car as it was the model and make I booked for my rental.
Great service on the pickup day, the staff provided details explanation on parking apps in Penang Island. On dropoff day, return of the car, we parked the car at the multistorey carpark. And drop the car keys in the dropbox at the rental counter. Car is relatively clean.
Car is very clean and without smell. No run down tired or bad paint job. Overall its great.
Nice car that was quite economical to drive. Around Penang, it was very adequate, on the Freeway a little less so. That is not on the car, though, it got us where we needed to go.
Hired a car for 11 days for myself and my daughter, this worked out far cheaper than the other companies. We were given a brand new car. Lee was very helpful from start to finish, his staff were great as well they dropped us to the terminal after with no charge (on the other side to catch our internal flight). Lee went through everything in good detail, he gave us a toll card topped up for our ease and assisted us in making an internal flight booking. Would definitely recommend. Great gas saving little car. Drove 700 km and enjoyed the trip except for the traffic around KL. Didn’t get extra insurance and luckily didn’t need it, but we were thinking of getting it. We weren’t pushed into buying the insurance st pick up.

after an initial hick up on my first Car rental, the second and third smooth. Strongly suggest informing Rental of any delays or such (Flights) and contact rental once you have cleared immigration as they are located outside the airport and requires some 10 or so minutes to get the car at the arrival.
Met at arrivals Hall by Kasina Rep| with my name on a placard. Just 40 metres to the Kasina Desk. Fast process & then took me to an adjacent Phone Shop to buy a Local SIM Card. Then guided by the Rep| to the Terminal kerbside to inspect & sign for the Car. Probably one of the best & easiest pick-ups I| ve ever done. Amazingly it was painless considering my inbound flight was 6.5 hours late arriving. I updated my ETA several times via Malaysian Airlines internet whilst airborne! Drop-off was as easy as the pick-up. Met a Rep| kerbside & they completed damage & fuel checks whilst we unloaded. Left the key in exchange for a signed completion document. Brilliant!!
