      We were unable to catch our flight from Manila to Kota Kinabalu and notified KK Leisure Tour and Rent a Car at the last minute. The company was amazing: they rearranged everything, provided a free upgrade, did not charge the after-hours fee. Kimberly, the customer service representative was efficient, friendly and just a wonderful ambassador for Malaysia. Strongly recommend KK Leisure Tour and Rent a Car.
