Economy Car Rental in Cancun

I had such a great experience. All the gentleman were lovely and helpful. I was in and out. They picked me up from the airport as soon as I arrived. Everything went super super sweet.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked an economy-sized car but ended up getting a larger sedan for the same price; no issues with the car or with the return process. Be aware that the America Car Rental location is NOT in the airport - it is close but a roughly 10 minute drive, however find a representative outside the terminal and they will send a free van to take you. I recommend leaving a tip with the driver so have dollars or pesos when you leave the airport. My only negative was that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I rented it. I did not notice until I drove off, however it is unclear if they are supposed to give you a full tank of gas since you are expected to return it with a full tank.
