Sixt rental office is not at the airport terminal. One of the other agencies telephoned for the Sixt shuttle to take us to their office. No problem but we didn| t quite understand the procedure, partly on account of not speaking much Spanish and how hectic was the airport. Wait for the shuttle was only 10 minutes and no issues after that.
I had such a great experience. All the gentleman were lovely and helpful. I was in and out. They picked me up from the airport as soon as I arrived. Everything went super super sweet.
Overall good experience very easy renting on line and that everything was included in the price so no need for more insurance and more money spent on unneeded additions. The car handled well and great on gas we drove from Cabo to LA Paz had local driving around the town and back to Cabo will be using this place again next rime we are there

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked an economy-sized car but ended up getting a larger sedan for the same price; no issues with the car or with the return process. Be aware that the America Car Rental location is NOT in the airport - it is close but a roughly 10 minute drive, however find a representative outside the terminal and they will send a free van to take you. I recommend leaving a tip with the driver so have dollars or pesos when you leave the airport. My only negative was that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I rented it. I did not notice until I drove off, however it is unclear if they are supposed to give you a full tank of gas since you are expected to return it with a full tank.
We had aproblem with a dashboard light so took it back to pickup point. No questions asked the car was exchanged for an upgraded model for our our last week of hirage with no extra cost
There was nothing I didn| t like about the experience. The agent at the airport was very efficient, spoke perfect English and had us in the car and on our way very quickly, and the same with the return. The car was excellent, I would rent it again!

Rental company was right in the airport and was ready with the car as soon as I landed.
Overall good experience with the entire booking process. The only complaint is dealing with the pickup/checkout process. The pricing on the economy booking site supposedly includes full coverage. The sales people at the check out counter are very persistent in selling you additional insurance. I ended up paying over $300 more for insurance because they do a very good job of scaring you into buying it.
