My rental Eurocar went smoothly fortunately I had only one person ahead of me when I got to counter pick up paperwork went a little slow and by the time I was done there were a few people waiting. I| m sure some of the waited for a while before they got car. I pre-bought insurance as it is Mexico and a lot of time was spent of buying insurance from them. I had no issues so overall I was happy.
I really didn’t dislike anything of the car the only thing I book a different model from the one was giving to me but car was almost new it was really nice and clean

La dama que me atendió fue muy amable. De hecho, me llamó minutos antes para ver si todo estaba bien conmigo porque iba un poco tarde. Después de llegar a la oficina todo fue sobre ruedas. Lo mismo al retornar el vehículo, un señor joven me atendió, y despues de revisar el vehículo, todo fue rápido.

The Mexican Full Coverage Insurance Is A total Ripoff. Pay A Full Year Rate For One Week
Car worked great and staff was helpful. The first car we received did not have back seats that folded down. We needed the extra trunk space for surfboards. The staff was super helpful and immediately swapped us into a different car.
It was very good experience. The car was as described and did not have any major concerns during the. trip.
