The rental company in Cozumel where I rented the car from (Hertz) was great. However, they could not provide me with the vehicle class I had rented through this website for the amount guaranteed by economybooking.com - usually not a problem but I was one of six passengers with lots of luggage for this dive trip… so I had to agree to pay quite a bit more to get the space needed in the car I was supposed to have been guaranteed by this website. Felt a bit bait & switch(ish)…
