Booking the car was easy. Getting the car was easy. The issue I did not like was how expensive the car insurance was. We paid 1,000 for car insurance which as way more that the rental car.
All the representatives acted professionally, and service was great with them, the vehicle was in very good condition, and fortunately we didn| t have any mechanical issues throughout the trip.
Europcar was very good and the staff were very pleasant. Car. Was the one I had booked and it ran seamlessly.
Rental company was Infinity in Cancun. Car had a few dents, scratches and repairs.....which suited me fine. The staff took a lot of record photographs, so did I. Had no issues with the car.....drove 1500km without any trouble
This time I was prepared for Hertz intension with their insurance ,even I had full coverage from Economy Bookings and Visa they still trying to force me to buy insurance from them. Finally got a car was clean and full size for good price.

This was one of the greatest experiences I had while renting a car; customer service was fantastic! The vehicle I was assigned, it looked like it came out of the dealership with hardly any miles, all and all this was the best car rental experience I had.
Car rental was great. Was able to negotiate a better price. The price shown by Economy Bookings was complete fiction.
After the other company was ridiculous, I was able to hi nextdoor to Hertz and they were much better.
