Brilliant team! They made the whole process super straightforward. Collected outside the airport immediately taken by shuttle (5 min drive) to depot. Staff very friendly and good with my kids. On return, immediately taken to airport, incredibly efficient with no delays. Would absolutely recommend.

Location is 5 mins away via a personal pickup which worked out better than inside the airport because they then dealt with one or two clients at the same time rather than a queue of many with others. This was the best price by a long way even when including the extra insurance and it was very easy to find on the way back. Good to work with a local company with local people being employed there.

Friendly professional staff, felt like we were in good hands. Throughly went over the car on arrival and when dropping back. I like to use a local companies when I can and these guys did not dissapoint. Met us at the airport and dropped us back! I don| t speak portuguese but there was no issues with understanding. Car was automotic and had air con which is exactly what madiera needs for the hills and climate. Highly recommend.

let the renters know where the drop off box for the key is when they pick up the rental. The after hours drop off is great and easy , i will be renting all my rentals from this place going forward. Great experience
