After paying the extra over all ensurance, there was no deposit, the car was perfect, and the process took 5 minutes and we were on our way. Returning the car took even less and they immediately drove us to the terminal. I payed the extra amount of insurance they convinced me to take, but to my opinion, it was worth the price of no headache, in case of any incident on the road and the fact that no deposit was taken. In that case, any other insurance I previously purchased, even much cheaper, was redundant but still the price was worth it. The car was in perfect condition and exactly the model I chose. Received it fully tanked and returned it full. I really cannot find any flaw.

By far the best rental company in Bucharest Ottopeni . We have been renting cars many times and Klass Wagen has the best cars and service. Convenient locations and friendly staff.We have tried Payless, and a few others and all of them ""upgrade"" to a very old clunky car with worn out seats . With Klass Wagen each time we got a new and clean Nice car. Bravo!
