Very professional staff they don’t force you to take the extra insurance. I did take it because it wasn’t very expensive per day. The car condition wasn’t that great but they go around the car with you and note down every single scratch and dent. When I returned the car there was no problem. He went around the car again, and as you know some companies seem to find different scratches. But this company are genuine. I will not go anywhere else in Thailand. The staff are very friendly. Easy pick up at Bankok Airport. Pick up within the airport terminal. Honest and transparent staff, even gave me a refund for excess reduction after I paid it twice in error. Car was an old model but serviceable and clean.
