Always rent from Thai company when in Thailand , they are more relaxed and easier to deal with. I was 2 hrs later with return than expected. But the company Thai rent a car had already informed me they would be ok with slight delay which took the stress out of returning , my thanks

Everything was great: Price, Service, Car itself....EXCEPT the directions/instructions as to where to drop off/return the car at the airport were a little hard to follow. I literally circled around the airport for a whole hour before finally figuring out where to go.

Excellent all round. And amazing value for money *if you pre-book here in the UK* Because the minute you land in Thailand, EVERYTHING has a higher ""tourist price"" The only problem I did have I was told to pay in Thai Baht, but when I arrived this particular vendor would only accept card payment. However there are vendors there who accept cash. So I was stuck to move money around and back into a bank account to make payment, which was very very frustrating when I had just arrived in a new place, hot and sweaty. Increasing with higher stress levels. It was not totally a stress free pick-up. It was actually very stressful.
