So easy to navigate site and book a rental. Had to extend my rental by a week and I was able to keep the same car I had been driving the past 2 days. That made it easier for me and kept me from getting used to a different car.

They didn| t have a small car that i like because most of them i can get in easier for me to get in and out . they was going to then put me in a Malibu which i hate way too low to ground for me . so they put me in a SUV perfect and no extra charge

Ease of process, efficient and well marked signage to get to rental car, which was super close! Will use again for certain.
