Booked before I read other reviews. Scared it would be a mess after reading those. Everything went fine though. Reservation was confirmed by rental car company, no other charges involved, car received was car rented. Seemed similar to other car rental agencies.

Worked great. Paid half for my rental that I would have through other places. $700 for 2 week midsized suv rental. Car was a little beat up, had 44k miles. But, it had 4wd which saved me going through Donner pass 4 times in serious blizzards.

I happen to arrive the day prior to Charlie Kirk service in Phoenix, no rental company was providing cars quickly. I give them a pass on pickup time. Everyone was kind, communicated well and provided the best service possible. Other than the wait time, everything went perfectly smooth and I had a car for my entire trip for over a $400 savings if the quote I received from my regular rental service. Great deal and great service!

Every thing was good until we got a charge on our credit card for $160! The car was not damaged or dirty inside and we are non smokers. The outside was clean although we were travelling to the airport in a storm ? When trying to contact the rental company we have had no response or explanation for this issue.
