Fullsize Car Rental in Fiji

We had a great experience renting from Economy Cars (Gem Rentals) in Fiji. The service was friendly and easy from start to finish. We received a car in the size range we booked with no issues at all during our nine-day trip. Everything ran smoothly, and overall it was a hassle-free, positive rental experience. Would happily book with them again.

They had the time as 5 we arrived at 430 and they had to make arrangements to have someone come to us. We picked up the car in the parking lot. They kept telling us to meet them in the publics waiting area, however no one seem to know where that was. Once she arrived it was sign this and give us a deposit. Also she told us that we needed to wash the car before returning it. She than gave us money to pay to leave the parking lot. Drop off was at the departure drop off he showed us , looked at the car and wished us well. We did clean it and top off the gas. They than gave us our cash deposit back. Over all a good company to work for , they did not keep trying to get us to buy more insurance or extra fees , that is always a nice thing. They were also a lot less than other companies , even the insurance we pre purchased was a lot less for the same coverage

Henry was on the spot with the car, his phone number and all the info we needed ""just in case"". Renting the car was easy, convenient and affordable. Being a Texan, it took a few minutes for me to get on the correct side of the road, LOL. No fender benders. Take notice: the roads are not in very good shape but we did manage to drive over half of the island (used up a tank of gas). I would definitely call Henry should I ever go to Figi again.
