Although the car was wn older model it fitted our needs and the road conditions we| ll, was also quite fuel efficient. A member of our team left a purse in the pocket behind the driver seat and was found by the renter who made every effort to find us despite we had gone through security. This involved a duty free staff member and police to have it returned. A great result.

Service was outstanding from pickup to drop off. We picked up at Nadi airport and staff waited for us, as we were delayed. Very friendly and flexible, when I informed how to drop off and they offered to pickup from hotel where we stayed. We hired for 4 days and it was a breeze dealing with NCH rental team and even when we contacted for some questions and they are very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff delivered car to my hotel on Denarau Island and picked up from the airport hotel negating any delays at the actual airport. Highly recommend this company if you decide to drive around Fiji (and it| s not nearly as scary as some reports make it seem).
Wish has room to put large bags and leg room. I initially booked a fielder thinking it was a mid size car but it| s more of compact.
Great experience. We were met at the airport just outside the door, car handed over very fast. Great communication. We had to extend the rental due to flight cancellation and that was easy and done via WhatsApp returning car also super easy outside the terminal. Highly recommend. The car was clean and the one we booked. A bit older but was reliable.
The car rental company was with Coastal Rental. The gentleman who helped us was Ranit. He was friendly and helpful. He even let us return the car at the more convenient marina/port instead of the airport which was more convenient. I would rent from them again.
