When I turn the car in I had prepaid the attendance that I owed nothing I asked her twice she said you owe nothing now I’m home and I got a $200 pending on my charge card please call me at 586-557-3719 thank you

It was great on gas, very clean, had plenty of room for our luggage. It was able to make it up the mountains which was a plus. Overall it got us around safely and had plenty of room. Great updated features.
Initially I had a bit of trepidation as it was unclear what actual rental company I would be using, but as it turned out it was a standard rental company, not a fly-by-night operation. Seamless pickup with the actual rental company. I was provided the rental company| s reservation number, so I was able to confirm the rental and fill in their paperwork ahead of time without needing to refer to Economy Bookings order. Would use Economy booking again as their rates were better than I could find directly with the rental companies.
The one thing that bothered us. The rental car did not have any usb ports. Very inconvenient.
