A man named Harold helped me dropping off the car at ABQ. He was very helpful, considerate and ended up dropping me off at the airport which was a huge help.
The vehicle was in good condition and was very clean. I had a flat tire and its replacement was arranged well.

The rental went smoothly, except that Dollar had me submit copies of my driver| s license and a photo in advance in order to skip the line at the counter, but then upon arrifal I learned that the Albuquerque airport Dollar counter isn| t using that ""advanced check-in"" system yet, so I| d submitted that information for nothing.

Outstanding service at the counter at pick-up. The young man explained to us the whole process thoroughly. Regrettably, due to the fact that we returned the vehicle at 5am, we did not have any interaction with any staff member when we returned our vehicle into the returning lot. No staff member was present at the returning parking lot.
