Really helpful people and clear understanding of the terms and conditions of rental. The car did not break down at any point. It showed only signs of wear and tear to be expected in a two year old vehicle with more than 50000 miles on it. Excellent fuel economy

After dealing with a rude counter agent, we were treated very well by that agent| s supervisor. His behavior salvaged the experience. He should be rewarded for his temperament, competence and professionalism. The car they gave us was comfortable and had good gas mileage.

The rental went smoothly, except that Dollar had me submit copies of my driver| s license and a photo in advance in order to skip the line at the counter, but then upon arrifal I learned that the Albuquerque airport Dollar counter isn| t using that ""advanced check-in"" system yet, so I| d submitted that information for nothing.

Outstanding service at the counter at pick-up. The young man explained to us the whole process thoroughly. Regrettably, due to the fact that we returned the vehicle at 5am, we did not have any interaction with any staff member when we returned our vehicle into the returning lot. No staff member was present at the returning parking lot.
