That was my first experience using Economybookings.com to rent a car. I ended up with ALAMO car rental company from the list of options. I was a bit scaredd when reading some negative comment,s so Icalledo the ALAMO company in the Dusseldorf airport and got very clear/solid responses. I felt better after the call. It took a bit long time at the pickup (approximately 40 minutes) but the return time was super fast (under 10 minutes). I got a free upgraded car because the booked car was occupied. I was so happy with that. When picking up the car, I was also receiving good support from a staff named Evangelos Pampoukis and when returning the car, the staff: Eleftherios Parakatselakis was also very friendly and quickly received and tested the car within a couple of minutes. I appreciate the service, the cleanliness and the quality of the car and the staff at ALAMO and through the Economy bookings. I will reuse it again.
