Overall it was a pretty seamless process but we had an issue of sorts in that the insurance we paid wasn| t recognised by Europcar and if any accident took place we would have to pay them and then claim from the insurance provided/paid for through economybookings, so maybe a little concerning had anything happened plus it would have been an added expense had we had to dip into the holiday fund had we been talked into having Europcar insurance. I| d use them again if it meant a cheaper booking which they did offer on this occasion. We did get upgraded, so it just made it a sweeter deal.

I cannot spell it but the name of the guy who rented us the car sounded like Jenan, he was Croatian, he was fantastic. A really great guy, we’d had a very early start and not a good trip so far but he was amazing. So welcoming and friendly, super efficient and really made us feel like valued customers and nothing was too much trouble. He was a fantastic representative of your company and the main reason we will use this company again. Please pass on our thanks to him if possible.

Helpful staff at the counter, very quick, he proposed me among 5 cars and finally he gave me the newest , automatic with gps, with no scratches, only 5000 klm. I am very pleased from Alamo and it was the best among the companies i rent as i travel every year. Also, the man at drop off was helpful.
