Very good car and fast service but we had an issue with the insurance. Even though we purchased on yr site full insurance pack, we arrived there and the guy at OK MObilitity told us that the insurance pack purchased from you obliges him to block a deposit of EUR1350 on our card, or we need to pay another EUR180 to buy another extra insurance which would reduce the deposit on the card to 200EUR. This is crazy! And really unexplainable

I have rent a car at economybookings.com and really impressed with an experience with them. The car rental company was Alamo as per the contract information but actually I received the car of Enterprise company on site, because Alamo had no any automatic transmission car available at that time. The car was Volkswagen T-Cross of 2023 year in a great condition and the whole trip I have faced no issues with it. The operator at the stand was very busy and was trying to avoid my questions at the beginning of our communication, as I have asked several important for me questions, wanted to be fully informed about my future trip, but he really did all the bureaucracy smoothly and professionally for which I am very thankful. At the end of the trip, drop-off took roughly 10 minutes as I returned the car with no accidents and even without any small scratches and with a full fuel tank, as per contract agreement. Surprisingly to me, two days later, I received my deposit (€250) back. I expected it to be returned within 10 days. All in all, thanks to economybooking, my first experience with them is really great. Hope it will be the same for the next time.
