Th staff was excellent and super helpful. We had tons of luggage and needed to upgrade, then the upgrade was actually smaller so it was a lot of back and forth. The staff was patient and even were as far to take us to the different area of the garage. We were very happy with our rental.

Staff shortages made for a slow pick-up as cars were not being delivered ready to go. Staff on reception desk were excellent in hunting down the quickly resolution, which although it took two hours, resulted in an upgrade to a SUV. The car was perfect.

Overall was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up with a volvo that drove great and was a good fit for the number of passengers. Glad we didn| t go with a van or anything larger or we would not have fit in most of the garages and parking areas in Europe. we did get GPS, which was a lifesaver since our phones didn| t always work. Also upgraded the insurance to full coverage and lower deductible. European roads are so tight and the parking is ridiculous. The insurance is totally worth it.
Can| t complain about anything. They changed the car when we were not too happy with the first option. When we had an accident in Italy the information and reassurance was great. The same goes with the return of the car. No negative experience. Would recommend anytime.
