They were very busy when we arrived, but very efficient once we were served. Also when returning the car. We were upgraded to the latest Nissan Ouashqai with only delivery mileage on the clock. Excellent!

Leasys Desk was extremely helpful in staying late to ensure I was able to pick up my car after my flight was delayed. They also have a seamless after hours car drop off process where a partner long term ""park N fly"" type lot accepts the rental keys and provides shuttle service to the airport.

I heard lots of negative things online about economy bookings and almost cancelled, but decided to call the desk at Mallorca and they assure me that my car would be there. And it was and it all worked fine. My recommendation is to BRING THE SAME CREDIT CARD you used to book the car. Bring at least one printed copy of your reservation. And double check that pick up and drop off times are within the times that the car rental is open.

Sixt is a great company but the value for money is poor. There are better companies, we travel to the island 5 times a year and this is the first time we used SIXT, the service was great but the cost and downgraded vehicle was not up to standard.

I ordered Nissan Quashqai. First I geted really shity car (Alfa Romeo), with is a true downgrade compare to Nissan but there was a problem with the back seat belt and after report of this issue I was offered two DS7 Performance black or gray. This car was ok for me.
