The car rental service was straightforward and a very good value. Afterhours drop off procedure was clearly explained and we did not have any issues. After having to call to be picked up, the driver was there in 8-10 minutes.
excelent location, pleasing and helping staff, car in excellent condition. At the drop off though, we were in such a hurry and very stressed to take our flight and we were not able to find an empty goldcar parking space so, we let the car just beside the booth in an europcar space, I gave my keys to the gentleman and he told me no problem but my friend who was still turning around to find a place,after a moment and considering the evaporating time, I told him to park beside me but when the lady approached us and we told her that the car was parked there, she was not really happy and even after explaining, we left because we had to go Sorry but we were not able to find an empty spot

Amazing service at click rent. Don’t read all the negative reviews online, they were brilliant. The only thing you will have to do when you arrive at your location is pay for additional insurance (ours was €20 extra per day) but this then covers you for anything with the car so for me well worth it and having peace of mind than leaving a large deposit. This was the only thing that wasn’t explained in the booking but again I didn’t see it as much of a negative.
They knew even before me that our flight was delayed and made arrangements for it to dropped off at the airport car park. Dropping the car off was simple, efficient and friendly.

Awesome cars and very easy for Mallorca car rental. I had booked a Mazda cx5 and instead got a Lynk & Co which is kind of like a European Tesla- super modern. It was a hybrid (but I couldn’t find anywhere to plug it in!).
