The booking process was very simple and efficient. I got the car I wanted at the agreed price. The car rental company was good and the staff was helpful and quick.
Great service and I was allocated a better, newer car on check in. The car collection area was easy to locate just across from arrivals and dropping off was very easy too with a member of the team waiting.
I heard lots of negative things online about economy bookings and almost cancelled, but decided to call the desk at Mallorca and they assure me that my car would be there. And it was and it all worked fine. My recommendation is to BRING THE SAME CREDIT CARD you used to book the car. Bring at least one printed copy of your reservation. And double check that pick up and drop off times are within the times that the car rental is open.
Staff were very helpful & with 2 registration desks the collection was quicker than experienced previously with other competitors. Collecting a car from a hire company after a long flight / airport experience can be frustrating. I’m pleased to recommend.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Pickup and dropoff was pretty straight forward. Car was a comfortable drive and in good condition.
Nice car. Easy to pick up. Chap at the office spoke good English. It was easy to add additional drivers at the pick up office and very reasonable at only 5 euros per day

excelent location, pleasing and helping staff, car in excellent condition. At the drop off though, we were in such a hurry and very stressed to take our flight and we were not able to find an empty goldcar parking space so, we let the car just beside the booth in an europcar space, I gave my keys to the gentleman and he told me no problem but my friend who was still turning around to find a place,after a moment and considering the evaporating time, I told him to park beside me but when the lady approached us and we told her that the car was parked there, she was not really happy and even after explaining, we left because we had to go Sorry but we were not able to find an empty spot

Awesome cars and very easy for Mallorca car rental. I had booked a Mazda cx5 and instead got a Lynk & Co which is kind of like a European Tesla- super modern. It was a hybrid (but I couldn’t find anywhere to plug it in!).
