      I booked but when I get the car they charge me extra insurance 700 euro extra the price of the rental 1800 euro. It| s too much money for 14 days. The lady in the front desk push me to buy this money too sham to make buy money when the don| t have choice force to buy at the air port

      Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we arrived at the rental Agency our car was not available anymore and to keep the same range size/price was one hour wait. Another car was offered for a 900.00 CHF, which was quite excessive for our budget. We chose to wait one hour. The manual for the car was in German only, which was a inconvenience for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were appreciative with their kindness and expertise!
