Helpful staff - Hertz dealt with it as the Dollar desk was closed. It was my wife and I only and we were gifted an upgrade which was nice. More explanation on the workings of the car would have been helpful - position of fuel filler unlock, folding mirrors, etc, and also the tech/screen. I only ever drive rental vehicles now, and then only when I| m away from home. Dangerous to assume that everyone knows the tech - not so - I havent owned a car for ten years as I dont need one where I live!
Staff was excellent at both pickup and drop off. Car was reliable and clean. Was glad we went up to a slightly larger car b/c I don| t think our luggage would have fit in what we ordered. Staff at pickup recognized this and helped get us the car we needed. I| m also glad that there were larger cars available.
